Notes:

  1. All fee amounts quoted here are subsidised by the Singapore Ministry of Education, MOE and are exclusive of prevailing GST. The applicable GST is subsidised by the MOE.
  2.

Self-funded programme fee amounts and fees payable by students NOT in receipt of MOE subsidy are inclusive of the prevailing GST. With effect from 1 January 2024, the prevailing GST rate is 9%.
  3. Students need not apply for the MOE subsidy if they are eligible. Fees payable by students not in receipt of MOE Subsidy can be found at Fees for Graduate Programmes website.
  4. With effect from Academic Year 2025/2026, a non-refundable acceptance fee of S$3,270 (inclusive of GST) is applicable upon acceptance of the admission offer and will be applied to offset the tuition fee.
  5. LLM (International & Comparative Law) is proposed to be discontinued with effect from AY2027/2028, subject to the receipt of requisite approvals.
