Mandy holds a PhD from the Chinese
University of Hong Kong, LLM from
University College London, Bachelor of
Management and Bachelor of Laws degrees
from Chongqing University.
Her thesis “Green Economy: Renewable
Energy Support Measures and WTO Rules”
analysed the interactions between green
economy policies, mainly in the form of
government support in the renewable
energy sector, and WTO rules. Mandy
advanced some significant legal policy
recommendations to improve the WTO-compatibility
of green economy measures, which are
very timely in the current global trade
climate.
