Notes:

The deadline for submission of abstracts is 15 November 2024.
Participants will be notified in January 2025 on the status of their submission. If your abstract is accepted, you will be informed by email. Please maintain a valid email address at all times.
Upon acceptance of abstracts, full papers must be submitted by 30 April 2025.
Selection will be made on a competitive basis.
Participants must be academic staff at a university or a full-time researcher at a research institution.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the panel allocation.
