The deadline for submission of abstracts is 16 November 2026.
Participants will be notified in January 2027 of the status of their submission. If your abstract is accepted, you will be informed by email. Please maintain a valid email address at all times.
Upon acceptance of abstracts, full papers must be submitted by 30 April 2027.
Selection will be made on a competitive basis.
Participants must be academic staff at a university or a full-time researcher at a research institution.
The organisers reserve the rights to make changes to the panel allocation.
