Confucianization of Chinese Traditional Law from Multiple Perspectives
Abstract
"Chinese Law and Chinese Society" is a classic academic work by Mr. Qu Tongzu who deeply analyzes the traditional Chinese legal system and society. This article will explain the core thread running through the book - the Confucianization of traditional Chinese law from the perspective of ideological history, sociological perspective, and legal history, respectively, and discuss the specific manifestations - family and class as the basic characteristics of traditional Chinese law. Biography
Wang Weidong, male, Han nationality, native of Binzhou City, Shaanxi Province, China, was born in December 1993 and graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2016. From July 2016 to February 2022, he worked in Binxian Coal Co., Ltd., a large local energy enterprise in Shaanxi Province, and has been working in Taihe Tai (Xi'an) Law Firm since March 2022. I love reading, have profound legal expertise, rich experience in legal practice, and have strong academic research capabilities.
