Title	Men, Law, and Gender Justice -A Study on the Evolving Discourse of Rights and Legal Protections
Abstract	This research study is based on the theme of gender equality and critically explores the law that protects the rights of men in Asia. Many Asiatic legal systems remain inadequate and diffuse which does not allow men to enjoy appropriate protection and redress even despite the increased discourse of men rights. Some of the key issues are illegalities in sexual offences perpetrated by women, wrongful misuse of the law regarding dowry and domestic violence as well as financial consequences of the claims of alimony and maintenance. The main objective of the study is to critically analyze the existing law regulations on the rights of men in Asiatic countries, assess its effectiveness, identify the deficiencies or challenges, and seek the interrelations between Men rights and gender equality. The research objective is to provide recommendations on how to strengthen the law to protect the rights of men and enhance gender equality. This research will be conducted through a close review of the literature of the preexisting research, laws, and court decisions. Then indepth analysis of both primary and secondary sources. This study is aimed at contributing to the growing debate regarding gender equality and men rights, and detailed analysis of the legal framework and the reform proposals. The study will serve to promote a more rational and accommodative perspective of gender and the law, through the analysis of the intersectionality of gender equality and the rights of men. Although it is true that at some point in time, government had to incorporate certain provisions that allow women to ensure that they are not discriminated on grounds of their sex, some laws are blatantly discriminative to men. Biography	Author Dr. Saleem Shaikh Presently working as Principal at MCE Society A.K.K. New Law Academy, Pune, I have Total Teaching Experience of 20 Years. Educational Qualifications.
