Title	Implementation Mechanism of China’s Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law: Current Status, Issues, and Improvements
Abstract	Since the implementation of China's Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law, although there have not been many relevant cases, the usual pattern of participation by law enforcement and judicial departments has basically been formed. These cases have also revealed a number of problems with China's anti-foreign sanctions law in terms of the setting of the target of application, the clarification of jurisdiction, the determination of the main body of implementation, the convergence of implementation procedures and the realization of applicable measures. Clarifying these issues will help China to build an effective mechanism for the implementation of its anti-foreign sanctions law, thereby safeguarding China's national interests and the legitimate interests of natural and legal persons.
Biography	I graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2014 with a Doctor of Laws degree specializing in international law. Since 2014, I have been working at the Law School of Xinjiang University, mainly engaged in teaching and researching international economic law.
