Title
Under the Home Diplomacy Perspective: Practical Scenarios and Efficiency Enhancement Pathways for the International Dissemination of Chinese Rule of Law.
Abstract
The international dissemination of Chinese rule of law is an essential component of the comprehensive strategy for governing the country by law, which is conducive to forming an international discourse power that matches China's comprehensive national strength and international status. Since the new era, China has hosted multiple significant diplomatic events at home, providing an important platform for the international dissemination of Chinese rule of law. At the same time, there are challenges such as insufficient coordination among the main entities, limited scope of dissemination, grand narrative style, and lack of tracking mechanisms. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen a diverse and coordinated team of dissemination entities, target a global audience, emotionally tell the story of Chinese rule of law, and enhance the effectiveness of its international communication.
