Jonathan EVANS Jonathan Evans graduated from the University of Wales Swansea (LLB) and Nottingham University (LLM) specialising in maritime law. He qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Jonathan specialises in marine insurance litigation and has represented London Market and Overseas' Underwriters, owners, charterers, freight forwarders and P&I Clubs in: coverage (ITCH; Norwegian Plan; DTV Clauses); collision; salvage; cargo claims; project cargo; charterparty disputes; and, political, credit and trade risk. Jonathan is a former Chairman of Lloyd's Marine Under 35's Insurance Group and is a member of the London Maritime Arbitrators' Association. His professional profile can be seen at: |
