Marco CRUSAFIO Marco is predominantly a litigator with a focus on shipping and international trade and commodities disputes. He studied law in Italy and the UK and gained a LLM in Maritime Law from the National University of Singapore. Marco acts for a wide variety of clients on a full range of disputes including the sale and purchase of ships, the carriage of goods by sea, charterparties and bills of lading, trade of petroleum products and related transactions, piracy and collisions. Marco practices in both the English national courts and in international arbitral proceedings. Three of Marco's recent successes in the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal are of significance in the international trade and shipping arena.
