ZHOU Ping Zhou Ping obtained his LLB degree from Shanghai University (2001)and later obtained his LLM degree in International Commercial Lawfrom the University of Nottingham (2002). He qualified as a PRC lawyer in 2003 and is now a member of the Chinese Maritime Law Association. He also plays an active role in the Logistics and Transportation Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. Zhou Ping specializes in maritime matters including charterparties and bills of lading, marine collision, marine pollution, personal injury, salvage and wreck removal, ship mortgage, shipbuilding, ship sale and purchase, multimodal transport and logistics, port operation, shipping investment, shipping policies, maritime litigation and arbitration, commercial disputes and real-estate related disputes. He is currently the legal consultant of several top state-owned and international logistics companies in the PRC. He also provides professional services to several famous P&I Clubs and underwriters with his expertise.
