Barry was a founding partner of Reed Smith's Singapore office when it was established in 2012. He has more than 25 years' experience handling shipping, international trade, offshore energy and construction matters. Barry's practice covers both advisory and disputes work in the shipping, commodities, upstream oil and gas (offshore energy), construction, mining, insurance and telecommunications sectors. He has been recognised for his work in the shipping, commodities and offshore energy sectors by the major legal directories and is ranked as one of the leading shipping lawyers in Singapore.
