Harwell Wells is Associate Professor of Law at Temple University's Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, PA. He has written extensively in legal history and corporate law. Prof. Wells holds a PhD in American history from the University of Virginia and a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School. Before entering teaching he clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and was an attorney in the securities regulatory group of Wilmer, Cutler, and Pickering in Washington, DC. |
