Marilena Filippelli is Assistant Professor of Business Law at the Free University of Bozen. She graduated with laude at the University of Rome - La Sapienza and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from IMT-Institute for Advanced Studies, Lucca Italy. Marilena has published on competition law and corporate governance.
