Massimo BELCREDI

Massimo Belcredi is full Professor of Corporate Finance, Università Cattolica of Milan and an academic member, ECGI. He has extensively published on Corporate Governance and Law and Economics issues. His most recent publications include "Boards and Shareholders in European Listed Companies" (co-edited with Guido Ferrarini, Cambridge University Press). He has served as an independent director in several listed companies and has been part of the group of experts supporting the periodic revision of the Italian Corporate Governance Code. He is the editor of the Annual Report on the compliance with the Italian CG Code, published by Assonime and Emittenti Titoli.
