Wolf-Georg RINGE

Copenhagen Business School

Georg Ringe is Professor of International Commercial Law at Copenhagen Business School. He also teaches at the University of Oxford, where he was a full-time faculty member between 2007-12. In the spring term 2013-14, he will be a Visiting Professor at Columbia Law School, New York. As part of a European-wide consortium, he regularly advises the European Parliament on issues of European Corporate Law. Georg Ringe teaches various courses in the field of corporate and business law, and his current research interests are in the general area of Law and Finance, Comparative Corporate Governance, Capital and Financial Markets, Insolvency Law and the Conflict of Laws.
