Mr Keith Han Keith is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Clifford Chance Asia. He practices litigation in the Singapore Courts (all levels) and international arbitration, with a focus on complex commercial disputes and restructuring & insolvency. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore Insolvency Practice Committee, and a facilitator for the Insolvency Law and Practice Session at the Singapore Institute for Legal Education's course for law graduates seeking admission to the Singapore Bar. Keith graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours in 2011, and served as a Justices' Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore from 2011 to 2012. Research areas Keith's research interest is in the field of insolvency and restructuring. |
