Vincent is currently a Research Assistant at the Centre for Law & Business at the National University of Singapore's Faculty of Law. He graduated from Trinity College, University of Oxford with double first class honours, where he was the top law student in Trinity, Mowat Scholar and Editor-in-Chief of the Oxford University Undergraduate Law Journal. Vincent was the 2nd highest scoring student for the Company Law and Tax Law courses in his year. He has won several prizes for academic performance, including the Knox Prize for Law, Sally Ball European Law Prize, Trinity College Academic Prize, Mowatt Exhibition and Finals Prize. Vincent has published several articles, mainly on Tax Law.

Vincent has received several prizes for academic writing, including the Douglas Sladen Essay Prize (2nd Prize), the Norton Rose Fulbright Prize for the Best Article in Contract, Tort, Trusts, and Land Law, and the 42 Bedford Row Disability Law Essay Prize (2nd Prize). He has been awarded the Trinity College Academic Grant and the Centre for Law & Business Research Fund Grant to support his research on Tax Law.

At NUS, Vincent's research focuses on Taxation in Singapore, the UK and at the International level. He is currently working on projects involving Direct and Indirect Taxation, as well as Tax Theory and the Taxation of Trusts.
