Course Description:
This course examines current problems in international law relating, for instance, to the use of force, human rights, international environmental law and foreign investment law. It will also study current developments in international law scholarship.

Prerequisites: NUS Compulsory Core Law Curriculum or common law equivalent.
Co-requisite: Public International Law is recommended
