Course Description:
This course considers the following topics relating to ethics in the corporate context:

- Theory, Principles, and World-Views on Ethics
- The Ethical Leder: Self-Mastery and Ethics, Mind-Sets
- Corporate Ethics: Shared Values, Professionalism (as part of Standards of Professional Conduct) CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct
- GARP Ethics and Code of Conduct

Mode of Assessment: Class Participation - 20%; Reflection Paper - 20% & 6-Hr Take Home Exam - 60% [Release: Fri, 4 Oct 2024 (3pm); Due: Fri, 4 Oct 2024 (9pm)]

Preclusions: LL4516V/LL5516V/LLJ5516V/LL6516V Ethics in Finance

Prerequisites: NUS Compulsory Core Law Curriculum or common law equivalent.
