Course Description:
This course considers the following topics relating to ethics in the corporate context:
- Theory, Principles, and World-Views on Ethics
- The Ethical Leder: Self-Mastery and Ethics, Mind-Sets
- Corporate Ethics: Shared Values, Professionalism (as part of Standards of Professional Conduct) CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct
- GARP Ethics and Code of Conduct

Prerequisites: NUS Compulsory Core Law Curriculum or common law equivalent.
