A. Curriculum Requirements
1. | Students are required to take a total of 32-36 units of courses. The programme is specially designed such that students who complete the requirements for the Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration (GCIA) Programme will be granted 12 units toward the total units required for the Graduate Diploma. Thus, students are required to complete 20-24 units of courses from the Maritime Law grouping and 12 units from the GCIA Programme. Workload: Full-time programme:

2. | Students will be automatically registered for the GCIA Programme.
The GCIA comprises three courses: Principles of Contract, Tort and Evidence
[CTE]; Arbitration Law & Practice [ALP] and
Drafting and Award Writing Practicum [DAW]. Each course is equivalent to 4
units. Students must take
all three GCIA courses in the same semester. |
