report on “Early Lessons on Regulatory
Innovations to Enable Inclusive FinTech:
Innovation Offices, Regulatory Sandboxes, and
RegTech”.
The report was produced by the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance at Cambridge Judge Business School in partnership with the FinTech Working Group of the UN Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development (UNSGSA) with support from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Dora Neo presented a paper on "Re-balancing Investors Interests in Singapore" at the conference on Confronting Modernity's Challenges to Law and Regulation (7-8 January 2019) at the City University of Hong Kong. The conference was jointly organised by City University of Hong Kong, School of Law and Singapore Management University, School of Law. Papers were presented on a range of topics including big data, artificial intelligence, corporate & securities law and banking & finance law. |
