We accept the following Credit Cards- *AMEX / VISA / MASTERCARD. After you have registered, you will receive a credit card authorisation email. Reply the notification email with the following details to authorize processing of payment:

  1. Name of card holder
  2. Credit Card number
  3. Expiry date (MM/YYYY)
  4. CVV Number

Bank Draft / Cheque in SGD
Please make a Cheque (for local participants) / Bank Draft (for overseas participants) drawn on a Singapore bank in SGD payable to "National University of Singapore" for the correct amount, indicating on the back of your cheque the following information:

  1. your full name;
  2. name of organization
  3. conference date

The Cheque/ Bank Draft should be mailed to the address listed in the notification email.

You will also receive a digital copy of your official receipt within two weeks of your payment.

Note:
Participants who do not present a paper are responsible for their own accommodation and flight arrangements. Do note that the demand for hotel guestrooms is generally very high in Singapore. You are advised to make these arrangements by 25 August 2017 to avoid any disappointment in hotel guestroom or air-ticket availability.

Participants who wish to claim CPD Points must comply strictly with the Attendance Policy set out in the CPD Guidelines. Participants are reminded to sign in on arrival and sign out at the conclusion of each day of the event in the manner required by the organiser. Participants must not be absent for each day of the event for more than 15 minutes. Participants who attend Day 1 and comply strictly with the Attendance Policy on that day may claim 4.5 Public CPD Points. Participants who attend Day 2 and comply strictly with the Attendance Policy on that day may claim 4 Public CPD Points.
