PhD Experience in NUS
The academic environment and the stature and experience of my supervisor were the highlights of my academic sojourn at NUS. NUS provided me with robust infrastructure support for research. The library is outstanding with a wide-ranging collection - necessary to conduct advanced research. Moreover, the University is always willing to arrange for any additional research material. The Supervisor and the Law School are interested in your research and frequent interactions with the faculty members and fellow research students are an enriching experience. The encouragement and support was such that, in addition to working on the thesis, I could publish simultaneously. Additionally, due to the generous financial support, I could attend and present papers at conferences and seminars.
