PhD Experience in NUS
My PhD journey at NUS has been an enriching experience, marked by an exceptional academic environment, robust research support, and invaluable mentorship. The library's extensive collection and research materials were instrumental in my studies. Generous financial support from NUS enabled me to attend and present at several international conferences and conduct academic visits to prestigious universities, broadening my academic network. I was fortunate to be nominated by both NUS and Yale University as a Fox International Fellow at Yale, where international interactions with fellow scholars further enriched my research. I am deeply grateful to my supervisor, Professor Ernest Lim, for his insightful guidance throughout my PhD journey, which greatly helped me develop as a junior scholar. The vibrant academic community at NUS Law and the continuous assistance from the faculty and administrative staff allowed me to explore various interesting topics and concentrate on my research. This treasured period, filled with unforgettable moments and memories, will enrich my academic future and strengthen my passion for research.
