Getting to & from the Airport to Conference Hotels
You will arrive in Taiwan from either Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) or Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA). The following provides information of getting to & from the Airport to Conference Hotels.
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) is one of Taiwan's major aviation hubs. It is approximately 40 km from the capital city, Taipei. Travelling from the airport to Taipei:
TAXI
Taxis operating by shifts are located at the west side of Terminal 1's and 2's Arrival Lobby. It costs approximately TWD1,000 and takes 40 minutes from the airport to Taipei city.
BUS
Take KUO-KUANG BUS directed to Taipei Main Station, and take MRT to your hotel. It costs approximately TWD150 and takes 50 minutes from the airport to Taipei

Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA)
Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) is located in the city of Taipei.
TAXI
The taxi stand is located outside the airport lobby. It costs approximately TWD100-200 and takes 10-20 minutes to get to the Taipei city centre.
MRT
Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei: take MRT Line 5 (BANNAN Line) and exit at Zhongxiao-Fuxing Station.
Justsleep@NTU and Howard Civil Service International House: take MRT Line 1 (WENHU Line), transfer to Line 3 (SONGSHAN-XINDIAN Line) and exit at Gongguan Station.
For delegates staying in other hotels, you may get to the campus either by taxi or MRT.
Public Transportation to National Taiwan University
From Taipei Main Station
Participants may take MRT Line 2(Tamsui-Xinyi Line) from Taipei Main Station, transfer to Line 3 at Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall Station, and exit at Gongguan Station, then walk to reach National Taiwan University.
By Taxi
20 minutes distance from Taipei Main Station to reach National Taiwan University.
Getting to the Conference Venue
The opening ceremony will be held at the International Conference Hall of the College of Law, National Taiwan University (Gongguan Campus). All panel sessions will be held in seminar rooms on floors 5, 6 and 7 of the same building. Coffee breaks and Lunches will be served at Floor 3.
Tentative Conference Shuttle Bus Schedule
The shuttle bus schedule for selected conference hotels will be sent to you in an information kit at least one week before the conference. Justsleep@NTU and Howard Civil Service International House are within walking distance to NTU College of Law buildings.
