Most international flights land at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (International name: MNL; local name: NAIA). It is 16 kilometres away from the Conference Venue which is the Novotel Manila Araneta Center (Novotel), General Aguinaldo Ave., Cubao, Quezon City.
The ASLI Board of Governors shall be billeted in at Novotel while other participants may opt for Novotel Manila Hotel or Eastwood Richmonde Hotel for their accommodation.

Tentative Conference Shuttle Bus Schedule
Shuttle bus service shall be provided to and from Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. Likewise, the same service shall be provided to and from Novotel Manila Hotel and to and from the welcome and optional dinner. The welcome dinner shall be held in the Executive House of the University of the Philippines, while the venue of the optional dinner shall be at Club Filipino. If you prefer to take the conference-arranged shuttle bus, please be on time as the bus will leave on schedule.
