Course Description:
Integrity is one of three core values of the Legal Profession according to the January 2025 Final Report of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee established by the Singapore Courts. This seminar, with the support of the Senior Counsel Forum, outlines what it means to practice Law with integrity and provides examples of disciplinary cases where lawyers have fallen short of this ideal.
