Course Description:
Professionalism and Justice are two of three core values of the Legal Profession according to the January 2025 Final Report of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee established by the Singapore Courts. This seminar, with the support of the Senior Counsel Forum, outlines what it means to practice Law with professionalism and justice at its forefront and provides examples of disciplinary cases where lawyers have fallen short of these ideals.
