Course Description:
This course engages closely with a key topic in the field of law and literature. Our focus is on the question of authorship and its relationship with the law of copyright. Students will become familiar with a constellation of theoretical and historical perspectives from which to rethink our received understandings of books, publishers, and authors.

Prerequisites: NUS Compulsory Core Law Curriculum or common law equivalent.

Non-law students: Open to students in English Literature who have completed at least 80MCs.
