Course Description:
This course explores the value of the humanities to legal education. Together we close read some exemplary texts in literature, philosophy, history, and critical theory that bear upon questions of law and justice. This equips us to rethink the limits and potentiality of our legal inheritances.

Prerequisites: NUS Compulsory Core Law Curriculum or common law equivalent.
Non-Law Students: Open to students in the Humanities who have completed at least 80MCs.
