Supervised Judicial Research

Course Description:
This course involves the completion of a short assessable research proposal followed by the submission of a 7,000 word research paper.
The course aims to provide law students with the opportunity to work with the Singapore Courts in conducing supervised research on a topic relating to the judiciary, judging or the justice system and produce a written piece of legal research in a publishable form.
Note that projects involving human subjects and requiring ethics approval might not be available.
