- Tax as applicable: Kindly note that there has been a revision in tax w.e.f. 01st APR, 2012 and now total tax applicable is 12%(Luxury tax) + 7.42(Service Tax) = 19.42% on the room rate charged.
- The above special tariff is inclusive of complimentary breakfast , 2 bottles of mineral water , use of Gym and Swimming pool ( Opening shortly )
- WI FI on chargeable basis @ Rs.450 plus tax for 24 hrs. and Rs.100 plus tax for 01 hr.
- Airport pickup & drop is on chargeable basis. Rs 1200/- net for pickup & Rs 1100/-nett for drop. To confirm the vehicle you need to submit your credit card details to take a sale.
- Complimentary drink coupons would be given Lifestyle room bookings which could be had at our AQUA Bar between 06.30pm and 08.00pm.
- We follow 24 hours check in & check out but for early morning arrivals rooms has to be reserved from previous night and the previous night charges will be applicable for the same.
- Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival in case of individual room bookings and 14 days in case of groups after which room retention charges will be charged
