Hotel Information

Please take note of the following before making reservation.

1. These notes and the information on this page are transmitted to you for your information and convenience only and are not binding. In case of a discrepancy between these notes and this page, and a hotel’s terms and conditions, the latter will prevail as your contract is with the hotel and not with ASLI. ASLI is in no way acting as an agent for you or for the hotels, ASLI makes no representation as to the hotels’ terms and conditions.
   
   
2. Reservations are to be made directly with the hotel following the reservation instructions provided. Do have your flight details and credit card numbers ready to make your reservation.

   a) The credit card details given to the hotel will be used as a mode of guarantee for the booking. All room charges and incidental charges have to be settled upon check-out either by cash or credit card, unless stated otherwise.

   b) The hotel check-in time is from 2.00 PM or 3.00 PM depending on the hotel you have booked. Please check your booking confirmation.

   c) The hotel check-out time is at 12.00 PM.

   d) Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

   e) For cancellation policy, please refer to the respective hotel’s terms and conditions.

3. As the demand for hotel occupancy may be high in May/June, we strongly advise that you make your reservation before end March 2026 to enjoy the preferential rates offered to the Conference Participants. All rooms are subjected to availability upon confirmation. Please also check this page periodically in case there are any updates to the hotel information.


4. Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia will arrange for shuttle bus services to pick the Conference Participants from both hotels listed below to the Conference venues and vice versa.
