Participants are expected to manage their own airport transfer arrangements to and from the airport.

Getting to and from the Incheon International Airport or Gimpo Airport to the recommended conference accommodations is convenient. The addresses of the recommendation conference accommodations in English and Korean are provided below for this purpose:

All taxis are metered and fares start from KRW3,000, depending on the type of taxi boarded. Late-night surcharge or timed fare increase may be applicable, depending on trip timing and location. International taxis, driven by taxi drivers who can speak one or more foreign languages, starts at a slightly higher rate. You are strongly advised to board only authorized taxis at the designated taxi stands at the Arrival Halls of the respective airport terminals.

BY AIRPORT LIMOUSINE (SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE)

The Airport Limousine (Shuttle Bus Service) (고속) is a convenient and inexpensive way to get to the recommended conference accommodations from the Incheon International Airport and Gimpo Airport.

Purchasing Your Bus Ticket

The Airport Limousine ticket can be purchased at the Bus Ticket Offices. Depending on your arrival terminals, the ticket sales offices may be located within or outside the terminal building.

When you purchase your bus ticket, inform the counter staff of the Airport Limousine Bus Number, destination and the number of tickets you would like to purchase. Check the Bus Platform Number indicated on your bus ticket to board your bus. Payment can be made in cash or credit card.

Boarding the Airport Limousine

When the Airport Limousine arrives, show the bus driver your bus ticket and inform the bus driver your destination (ie. Hoam Faculty House or Shilla Stay Seocho). The bus driver will help you load your luggage into the baggage storage of the bus and will attach a sticker to your luggage. The other half of the sticker will be given to you for verification upon collection of your luggage. You are advised to board the bus after you have confirmed that your luggage has been loaded into the baggage storage of the bus.

Conference Shuttle Bus Services will be arranged for the participants staying at the recommended conference accommodations. The shuttle bus journey to SNU School of Law will take approximately 40 minutes from Shilla Stay Seocho and 10 minutes from Hoam Faculty House respectively.

If you are intending to take the conference shuttle bus, please meet at the respective accommodation lobbies at least 10 mins before the bus pick-up time stipulated in the shuttle bus schedule below:
