Conference fees and dinner tickets must be paid in full. Delegates are required to bear all bank charges incurred, including local and overseas bank charges. |

NO refunds of full / partial conference and dinner tickets will be entertained if requests are made after 10 April 2018 |
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and flight arrangements. Do note that the demand for hotel guestrooms is generally very high in Seoul. You are advised to make these arrangements by 18 March 2018 to avoid any disappointment in hotel guestroom.
